How We Got Started

Starting as simple thoughts pinned on a vision board, Manifest began. Feeling out of sync with the direction of the industry, Lyndsay began to envision a different approach to management. She believed there had to be a better way, one where creators and managers felt like true partners. Creators deserve a personal, flexible, and hands-on approach, while managers deserve to work with a select roster of talent they were truly passionate about. She wanted to create a space where everyone felt at home and valued.

Lyndsay Allen, the founder of Manifest Management, has always loved the entertainment world and dreamed of working in it. She got her start at a small boutique management company that handled all sorts of talent, from musicians to digital stars. As she grew and went on to work at bigger companies she found her calling in managing digital talent, especially in beauty, lifestyle, and fashion. Lyndsay is super passionate about what she does and loves helping her talent manifest their goals and turn them into realities.
